Watershed Support Services and Activities Network (WASSAN), Hyderabad is a network-based organization focusing on improving the quality of mainstream programs in natural resources management and livelihoods. It engages actively in policy advocacy initiatives at state and national level mainly related to rainfed areas. WASSAN has contributed substantially to development of watershed policies in various states and at Government of India. WASSAN is also working with various partners in different States as part of RRA Network on rainfed agriculture related agenda.

Education Background: B.Sc./M.Sc.Agriculture
Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Contract Period: 1 Year initially with 3 months’ probation.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of millet value chains, commodity markets, and community-centric business models.
Understanding of business planning, financial management, and market research.
Knowledge of branding, supply chain management, millet value chains, and vendor management. Strong knowledge of millet value chains, commodity markets, and community-centric business models.
Familiarity with agricultural technologies and their application in community settings.
Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder relationship skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in capacity building, training design, and knowledge management.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and innovative approach.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and multitask effectively.
Willingness to travel to rural areas for on-site support and project implementation.
