Job Description:
Collaborate with SCSTE, Meghalaya, Department of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare and state institutions to deploy AI-enabled agricultural solutions.
Provide technical and operational support for pilot projects across selected districts and agro-climatic zones.
Coordinate regularly with state, district, and block officials to ensure smooth project execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Coordinate with ICAR, KVKs, and agricultural universities to validate crop advisories and AI models.
Support developing state-specific Al knowledge based on local crops, farming practices, pest management, and climate resilience.
Engage with government departments, research bodies, FPOS, NGOs, and extension workers to promote Al advisory adoption.
Organize Training of Trainers (ToT), capacity-building workshops, and field demonstrations for stakeholders and farmers.
Provide on-field support, monitor AI solution performance, troubleshoot challenges, and collect user feedback.
Align with internal technical teams, consultants, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
Assist in integrating Al solutions with departmental databases, weather systems, and digital extension platforms.
Willingness to travel within the state or nationally, as required.
