Experience: 6 months - 2 years
Location: Nashik/Solapur/Pune
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for fruits.
Identify and assess potential farmers and manage farmer relationships to
ensure reliability and quality.Oversee the purchasing process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring
timely and efficient procurement of fruits.Manage the procurement budget, track expenditures, and ensure
cost-effectiveness.Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and professional development.Proactively engage with External (Farmers) & Internal Stakeholders (Supply
Chain/Category/Demand teams) ensuring effective coordination &
communication.Identify sourcing pockets & analyze the market trends, competitor
behavior & business potential.
