Education Background: PhD in Agricultural Microbiology, Master’s degree in Microbiology / Plant Pathology / Agricultural Pathology

Roles and Responsibilities
Experienced with microbiological techniques and basic understanding of working with entomopathogenic fungi
Carrying out cultivation and maintenance of different microbial cultures required in the project
Should be able to carry out biochemical and microbiological assays as required
Inoculation of virus, bacteria, fungi, nematode & other pathogens in field, greenhouse & growth chambers
Should be able to identify various disease symptoms in vegetable & row crops at various stages of crop growth & development in fields
Should be able to identify the causal organisms
Should be able to collect routine data and prepare project reports for research projects of various sizes as per project timelines
