The Agri-Entrepreneur Foundation train rural youths to become self-sustainable Agri-Entrepreneurs (AE) and help farmers at the grassroots level. An initiative launched by SFI, Tata Trusts, and IDH in 2019.

Position: Agri-Entrepreneur Mentor
Education Background: B.Sc/MBA (Agriculture)
Experience: 1-3 Year
Location: Kalahandi and Bolagir
Preferred Skills/Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Odia.
Basic computer skills in MS Office.
Dynamic individual with demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding, fast-paced environment..
Possession of a Personal Vehicle is mandatory for travel and work within the job. location.
Responsibilities:
Mentor AEs on enterprise setup, farmer engagement, and business operations.
Guide AEs in implementing regenerative agriculture practices across key crops.
Facilitate farmer trainings, demos, and community outreach events.
Support AEs in accessing credit, insurance, and government schemes.
Track AE and farmer performance using digital tools and prepare reports.
Promote women to participate in entrepreneurial activities.
Coordinate with project experts to ensure quality implementation and results
