KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Plan and execute field experiments, demonstrations and agronomic trials.
Monitor and record crop growth, soil conditions, irrigation, nutrient management, and pest incidence.
Evaluate and compare the performance of fertilizers including conventional fertilizer, nano fertilizer, biofertilizers, biopesticides, biostimulants and other agricultural inputs under field conditions.
Collect, analyze, and interpret agronomic, yield and environmental data. - Develop crop management protocols and recommend best agronomic practices.
Measure and monitor greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from agricultural fields using standard protocols and instruments.
Coordinate with research scientists, technical staff, farmers and external stakeholders.
Prepare technical reports, field observations and project documentation. - Conduct training programs and field demonstrations when required.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory guidelines during field operations.
Support product development, validation and commercialization activities. - Open to travel for field visits and trial monitoring.
Highly motivated, solution-oriented and should be able to work in a multidisciplinary team
