Roles and Responsibilities
Lead preparation, maintenance, and organization of all documentation required for nanofertilizer manufacturing, licensing, quality audits, regulatory submissions, and compliance reviews.
Ensure all records, reports, SOPs, batch documentation, certificates, and compliance files are accurate, up-to-date, and stored in a traceable system.
Coordinate with production, QC, R&D, and quality assurance teams to gather required data and technical inputs for documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for government departments, regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and industry partners concerning documentation, approvals, and compliance issues.
Facilitate timely submission of regulatory applications, renewals, permits, and compliance reports; track status and follow-up with authorities.
Monitor changes in regulatory guidelines, standards, and documentation requirements applicable to nanofertilizer and microbial input production; communicate updates internally.
Prepare briefs, compliance summaries, correspondence, and technical reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation readiness and providing clarifications as needed.
Assist in drafting and refining internal documentation processes, checklists, SOPs, and record control systems for regulatory compliance.
Provide training or guidance to internal teams on documentation standards, filing practices, and audit preparedness.
Coordinate periodic reviews with TERI Gurugram head office for alignment on compliance documentation, reporting, and regulatory strategies.
