Roles and Responsibilities
Own the Founder’s calendar, priorities, and time boundaries.
Convert meetings, conversations, and voice notes into clear actions.
Track CEO-level decisions, follow-ups, and open loops.
Filter inbound requests and protect Founder focus.
Prepare structured briefs for high-stakes decisions.
Drive execution discipline—owners, timelines, closures.
Draft/refine high-stakes communication (emails, notes, decks).
Coordinate external engagements with investors/partners.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and strong judgment
