Education Background: B.Sc./M.Sc. agriculture
Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Nashik/Solapur/Pune
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for establishing and expanding production locations for hybrid as well as varietal seed production.
Responsible for developing and implementing production strategies to meet the business plan.
Responsible for planning to produce hybrid and varietal seeds as per sales demand, while controlling both fixed and variable costs.
Responsible for coordination with growers and organizers to increase adoption of Savannah production practices, identify challenges, and develop solutions.
Ensure transplanting as per protocol and within the desired planting window.
Ensuring quality assurance, including timely rouging.
Threshing, seed cleaning, bagging, and seed dispatch as per protocol.
Extending timely support to other departmental activities.
Ensuring recording and submission of data.
