Education Background: B.Sc/Diploma (Agriculture)
Experience: 1-2 Year
Location: Northern India
CTC: 22.4-23.0 LPA + Accommodation at Farm + Fuel for Company Usage + Performance based incentives
Preferred Skills/Requirements:
Experience in Polyhouse/Net house Mandatory
Labour Handling Skills
Must own a two wheeler
Responsibilities:
Daily Farm Operations Management.
Labour supervision & scheduling.
Crop Monitoring (Pests & Diseases)
Record keeping & Reporting
