Preferred Skills
Post-graduate degree in Agriculture (M.Sc. Agri)
Experience in cotton or sustainability projects will be preferred
Experience in planning and conducting farmer trainings
Experience in coordinating with field teams and stakeholders
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English
Experience in leading capacity-building initiatives
