Position: Agronomist
Education Background: B. Sc. / M. Sc. in Agriculture
Experience: Experienced in soilless farming systems (mandatory), Males candidate only
Location: Gujarat and Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of soilless farming systems (hydroponics / protected cultivation)
Monitor and control nutrient solutions, pH, EC, irrigation, and environmental parameters
Develop and implement crop schedules, fertigation plans, and IPM strategies
Conduct regular plant health assessments and resolve growth-related issues
Maintain accurate crop, yield, and performance records
Train and guide farm staff on best agronomic practices
Coordinate with operations and technical teams for continuous improvement
