Manage and develop contract farming/buy-back programs
Guide farmers on crop planning, soil health, and nutrient management
Ensure quality of medicinal and aromatic crops as per company standards.
Conduct regular field visits, crop monitoring, and yield assessments
Support vendor development and farmer onboarding
Promote sustainable and traceable farming practices
Train farmers on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
