Job Description
Support implementation of agroforestry and sustainable land management activities with AADB and other stakeholders, including site identification, community mobilisation, and farmer onboarding
Assist in scaling plantations and nurseries and ensure timely, high-quality field execution in line with implementation plans approved by AADB and IORA.
Serve as liaison between IORA, AADB, and key state stakeholders, coordinating with government officials and supporting integration of project activities with relevant sta and national schemes.
Conduct PRA exercises and community consultations, deliver trainings on agroforests nursery management, soil and water conservation, natural farming, and NTFPs, and mobilise farmers and community groups for project adoption and restoration plannin
