Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with distributors & retailers
Promote products directly to farmers
Drive sales growth in assigned territories
Be part of impactful rural development initiatives
Role Overview
Calling and connecting with farmers on a regular basis
Understanding and listing farmers’ concerns and requirements
Maintaining proper records of farmer interactions and feedback
Coordinating feedback with internal teams
Assisting in sales and marketing pitch delivery
Promoting company products/services to farmers
Supporting business development strategies
Building and maintaining strong farmer relationships
