Roles and Responsibilities
A strong sense of ownership, responsibility and people management skills
Experience in forestry, civil engineering, or project implementation, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines and ambiguity.
Managing daily site operations, teams and troubleshooting on site challenges
Fluent in Kannada (read/write/speak) with a solid track record of managing government bodies, vendors, and diverse stakeholders.
Capable of managing project budgets and vendors, supported by decent Excel skills for tracking progress.
