Roles and Responsibilities

The Project Manager will lead and deliver a multi-sector rural development project across 25 villages in Guna, ensuring high-quality implementation of NRM, agriculture, solar-based infrastructure, and school interventions. The role includes managing field staff, planning and executing activities, coordinating technical teams, engaging communities and government departments, and ensuring timely, compliant, and impact-driven delivery. The Project Manager will oversee construction and agriculture initiatives, ensure proper installation of solar systems, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and manage monitoring, reporting, documentation, budgets, and risks to achieve sustainable project outcomes.
