Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct sampling and testing of water, soil, cocopeat, and plant materials
Carry out plant tissue analysis for nutrient and health assessment
Prepare detailed testing reports with improvement recommendations for research and processes
Perform data analysis of sampling results and prepare summary findings
Operate instruments for water and soil testing
Maintain proper instrument calibration and routine maintenance
Train co-workers in testing procedures and laboratory equipment usage
Apply scientific methodologies to ensure reliable and accurate results
Solve technical challenges to enhance quality and efficiency
Follow best practices as per ISO & APHA laboratory standards
