Experience: 3 years
Location: Kota, Rajasthan
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor crop growth, plant health & nutrient management and suggest corrective actions
Conduct soil, water & plant sampling and interpret results for continuous improvement
Provide agronomic guidance to ensure high-quality yield and consistency
Lead pest & disease control management strategies across farms
Special focus on crop management — nutritional scheduling, monitoring & disease control
Work closely with farm teams to optimise SOPs and solve operational challenges
Support trials, experimentation & data-driven decision making
Ensure adoption of sustainable and efficient agricultural practices
