𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
Achieve monthly & annual sales targets for agrochemical products.
Identify & onboard distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Build strong relationships with channel partners & farmers.
Conduct field trials, product demos & farmer meetings.
Promote brand visibility through events & campaigns.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and gather farmer feedback.
Offer agronomy-based product solutions and handle queries effectively.
