Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and manage crops grown under sailless farming systems
Develop and implement fertigation and irrigation schedules based on crop and growth stage
Conduct regular crop inspections to identify nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseases
Recommend corrective agronomic practices and support implementation.
Assist in substrate selection, crop planning, and planting activities
Maintain records related to crop performance, inputs, and trials.
Support farmers and technical teams with on-site guidance.
Coordinate with supervisors and report progress and observations
Stay updated with latest advancements in soilless and protected cultivation practices.
