Monitor banana quality and supervise de-handing, grading, and packing processes.
Ensure proper packaging, counting, weighing, and labeling of produce.
Manage loading, dispatch, and cold storage coordination, ensuring proper stacking and ventilation.
Maintain hygiene standards and accurate records of quality, packing, and dispatch
